M6/ M5 S85 V10 Engine

Hi guys, anybody here know of a V10 S85 engine for sale? maybe one where the car was a write off? I need engine since my 2006 m6 bearing failure..
Or can this engine be rebuilt? Any help?

There are 4 or 5 currently on EBay. If one of the sellers was close to you, maybe one would work. Of course, you could go large and in charge with a Dinan S85. Costly, but cool...

They require a "core" engine in working order if you don't want to pay a trainload more...

All M5/M6 in Bulgaria suffer engine problems. Mine was 3 times in for complete engine rebuilding. A friend of mine has his M5's engine right now on the table and it looks he needs a completely new engine block after a rod was found in two pieces inside. It seems they are not reliable at all.

What do you feed your beast? I heard there was a lot of knock-off fuel in east-europe. Anything less then premium 98 and i could feel my engine being 'off' at high revs.

You are right that the petrol is very very poor quality. WE feed only 98-100 but still they blow because of bad fuel. The Merc's though do not care about the fuel. You can drive a C63 with 95 here and there is no problem at all
