This is the most time I have spent on the M5 board in the last 18 months!

Maybe its because I am on the M6 board?

Hopefully the new cars will bring out some stimulating dialogue?

More dyno Bar-B-Q's at RPI!

Eloy, I have recently purchased an E64 M6, are there plans on when the revised RPi exhaust will be available?

We just need one of the cars here for us to make the slight changes. The problem is getting a car here that we can use to redo the rear piping. Ill need the car for about a week.

Eloy,
As discussed last month we are out of town 8-31 to 9-7 and our 2009 will be available. You were going to talk to your partner and get back to me on the deal.

Timing to get a test car here when we can work on the project has been difficult. We will keep our options open and see if we can get a car here when our schedule opens up.

I am looking at different exhaust options, and from what I've seen only RPI section 3 seems to be having a fit problem on the E64s.

Both the section 1 & 2 should fit with no issues right? I would prefer these than gutting out secondary cat, and resonator route.

We just finished the section 1 fitment for the M6 and it works fine. At this time the section 2 will not work with the stock rear section. The problem with the E64 is that extra brace that is on the bottom. We did not build this system for the convertibles when we started to sell to the M6 market. If you were looking for a section 2nd cat removal, it is available now.
