Had some fun with vinyl wrap today, what do you guys think..

I bought a small roll of thin matte black vinyl wrap off Ebay and wanted to get some opinions from you guys. This isn't permanent, I just wanted to try out some areas and get a little practice with vinyl Honestly it was a little harder than I thought, though not impossible I can understand why vinyl installs are so expensive.
Anyway I wanted to accent the trunk first then I hit up the side mirror trims, I actually think it looks okay. The applicator squeegee and a heat gun work great together, It's only temporary though, so we'll see what happens. Material only cost $15 for 2'x10' roll, so If you're looking for a fun activity on a Sunday Lol try this one.
And excuse my niece in the backround lol

Thanks guys! I appreciate it, maybe I got lucky lol :p Yeah I thought about about wrapping the car, it just seems tough to tackle alone. But I've seen a forum member in the M5 section wrap his car himself, so I guess it's not all that bad.

The mirrors look factory great job! On the trunk i think it might look better if you just did the whole trunk. Also before you do the whole car I would do the entire hood and trunk. I think that would look dope and really make ur car pop with the black wheels. Just my opinion though. Good job for ur first time working with vinyl, I couldn't do it lol

Fantastic job! Are you going to attempt the entire vehicle?
I don't have the patience to complete a job of that magnitude but I'm definitely going to get a wrap in the future. Probably matte white. Please keep us posted and add more pics!
Cheers-mk

Thank you I'd like to try the entire body, but I'm still a little skeptical :/ That's why I bought a small amount, just to get a feel of things. You should go ahead with matte white, a friend of mine has his M5 wrapped that way, definitely looks great!

That's the plan for early next year...I've got to get it past the CFO and since I just got the Tubi last month I better not bring it up.
Will you try any other surfaces?
