I am having a PPI done today at the local bmw dealer. We'll see if anything comes out of that which needs replacing.
I say go for it! I searched for my 08 for six months and this would have probably been the best deal I saw during that time.

Getting the PPI done now.

The thing that is scaring me off is not having a sunroof or any rear windows to open I have an 08 M3 sedan right now, and its nice to have "5" windows to open for light / fresh air. I drive with the sunroof open frequently.

This will be a daily driver for me, including frequent short trips wtih the kids in the back.

I was just going to recommend them I got my steering wheel and love it from them flat bottom and both top and bottom are carbon fibre. All my friends now think the car looks much more put together with the new wheel and it feels amazing to drive with. But you could get a much better deal then 1650 I did my steering wheel and a custom carbon fibre shift knob with Ivan at dctms for much lower together. If u wanna go the aftermarket route let me know. I'm in the middle of a deal with ivan regarding a wheel for a cl63 and I'm sure he would do a bundled deal if we were to get both wheels. Also last time I saw him he had an already made smg wheel exactly like mine ready to ship. If you wanna see pictures just take a look at my signature.
