Update

Finally, yesterday evening we were able to get the transmission to neutral with the help of a computer from the dealer and after that it was on her way to the service center.

I got a call today from the Service Manager directly saying that they are taking all the necessary steps to locate the problem. After some time he called me again to tell that SMG pump needs to be changed. As far as i understand they have the part in stock and hopefully finish the work by thursday. I reminded him to change the relay once they have opened the transmission as well.

So far so good, lets see what will happen next.
