H & R Springs

This mod was next on my to do list. I was wondering if you have an estimate on labor costs etc? Today I was quoted $960..Also Anyone else with springs happy with the end result / ride quality / handling? Thanks

IMO, $960 just to install the spring is highway robbery.
Ive seen members paid $500-600 (parts and labor) for their set of springs installed.

If you're handy or know someone that can turn a wrench, you can tackle the job yourself.
All you need is some tools, about 4-6 hours and probably a 12 pack of your favorite beer.

Here's the DIY link if you're planning to do it yourself.

the spring itself cost me 300 shipped. Installation usually take a couple hour or up to 4 hours and I paid another 200 for the installation.
Total, 500 installed.

I had my H&R springs installed by a shop. It was around 900 bux for springs, spacers and new lug nuts installed. I'm very happy with the look and the performance.

It's hard to find a good tuner that won't "take advantage" of you in South Florida; only honest and good one I know is Active Autowerke but they are way south.

Yeah your right everyone is trying to take advantage...I just had active tune my ECU last month and very impressed with their pricing and service etc. but it really is about an hour and a half drive down to their shop from Delray..

Sattman that would be great..How long did it take for them to do the install? Ideally it would be great to find a shop closer to Delray but I'm figuring out everyone in the area wants to try and overcharge like crazy.
