I hope to meet you for breakfast sometime so you can shed a little light on coding. I picked up a DCAN cable but have had no luck following the tutorial. Seems my computers menus do not match up.
Big thanks to you, Whatheheck and others for all of the info contained here.

Mine says merino leather silverstoneII, but it doesn't feel like merino.......!
Also it says mobile preparation with blue tooth which i am aware of but does that also mean my I phone witht the help of an adapter will play. I do have the iPod/iPhone cable connection in the glovebox.

Specifically: Also it says mobile preparation with blue tooth which i am aware of but does that also mean my I phone witht the help of an adapter will play. I do have the iPod/iPhone cable connection in the glovebox.

It merely means you have the wiring necessary for mobile prep running into the center compartment. The car is wired for the option vs. not having the cables under that center compartment. Hope that helps. As far as the leather, perhaps someone else can weigh in for you.
