They look like the AC Schnitzer front splitters, painted white.

UPDATE: On closer look, they don't angle the same in the middle. I'm guessing it's a knockoff or a Vorsteiner style front lip that's been cut into two sections...

Project: Replica AC Front Splitters

Much warning, I spent HOURS over a few months modifying the originally poor fitting parts. They have have held up ok, get a clear bra asap you will get chips on them!
