Sorry to hear that Gary. I want to echo Dan's point on prompt e-mail responses and delivery date, after all these are the basic requirements of any business big or small. I hope that things work out for you soon because they're up against stiff competition and you are an educated consumer that's not going to sit around while they drag their rear ends.

regards,
Gene

I have canceled my order and notified my C/C company.
I did get an apology from Andy at MORR wheels ............... I don't know whats going on behind the scenes over there, but in my case communication and delays had slipped to a standard that was unacceptable from any business.

What a huge pain in the azz this has been.

I wish them the best of luck getting there act together before things get any worse.

Sorry for the vent but I think it's important for you guys to know what my experiences was like ..... I do wish I would of been able to provide a positive review.

Thanks for sharing the info Gary.

I think you made a wise decision as I myself will be unable to deal with a company that cannot promise me a delivery date schedule for my order. No one can wait forever on any item.

Time to look at HRE and BBS rims!

And you are welcome to vent here anytime!

Dan

Gary,

Thanks for sharing your experience with Morr. Sorry that you had to go through it but hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and improve for future customers.

If you are looking for a good option I agree with Dan that HRE and BBS are great. I would also look at Radenergie wheels, www.Radenergie.com . They are very nice, extremely well build and strong. Im looking at getting a set for my car. The other thing I like is they are not on every other car you see running around, a little more exclusive. Contact John Evans, he will help you out if you are interested.

Mike

Bumping this back to the present.....I believe consumers should be kept abrest of failures by these wheel dealers who don't understand good customer service. I grew up with the words caveat emptor (is that spelled right?) embedded in my conscious.
