^^^ Correct but cars with lower miles like 40/50k mile range with clutch issues it should still be covered correct? I think most have issues with the pump anyway, and not the clutch.

None of the companies I work with or know of will cover the wear items in the clutch.......pressure plate, throwout bearing, friction material, etc.

All of the companies I work with DO cover the SMG pump, and with these cars, that's the big 'gotcha' you want to make sure is covered.

So im guessing since most of us have the Smg pump go out before the clutch does, it may be wise to purchase the materials for the clutch while they are already in the tranny fixing the pump to save the brutal labor fee's.

just a question can you purchase this warranty to last upto 100k miles while you have an existing warranty? i just recently got my m6 and the only option i had to purchase was 4years/50k miles. Also if yall dont mind, can you please tell me the quotes you recieved from the dealer to fix the smg pump? if you dont want to post it on here, can you please pm me.
