M6 Problem? HELP???

Hey Every1, So lately I noticed my car makes a sqeak sound on bumbs and turns feels like the wheels are rubbing up against something.
heres a pic, if you noticed one side is lower then the other, is this a problem?

You can easily replace those plastic trim.
