I've been wanting to go to Mfest the last 4 years.
The organizer Chris is a great friend of mine.
These folks know how to throw a get together party big time.
Amazing mods they do to their cars.
They have helicopter above filming the event. They take their cars to the tracks.
They have sponsors big time. Then they party hard at night with lots of good food and great looking women.
Fast cars, great food and good looking women - what else is there
I will again try to go next year. Let me know if anyone wants to drive down there with me.
Always dependent upon business travel and personal commitments.

I am 99.9% Certain I'm going to M-Fest 2012. My plan is to take my coach and haul the Beast in my trailer. It would be fun to get a few guys to meet down in Vegas for this event.
If any one feels this is a trip that you might be up for making feel free to chime in ..... Jim, Mike, Matt, Albert. or anyone else who feels like joining ....

At this point, I can only say I am quite tempting to do it. But it really depends on how long we will go there and when during the year. I take trips down to South Oregon Coast every year, so distance is not an issue. Keep my posted. I do like the ideas of a bunch of us doing a long-distance drive someday. By the way, when exactly is the MFEST in 2012?

Wow, that sounds like a good time of the year for Seattle folks after suffering 6-month depression of the rain and really hungry for some sunshine and warm weather. If you don't mind me asking, when did you guys go this year and how long did you stay and are you going there again in 2012?

I know right, we just need more sunshine after 6 months of depression!
This year, it was April 22- 24. I went to LA on the 21 and flew back to Seattle on the 24(I shipped my car 4 days before the event)
IMO, what I enjoyed the most from this event was the drive from LA to Vegas!
There were so many M- cars on that event and filled every lane of the highway
I'm not sure if I'm going this year, will definitely let you and the others know if I am going so we can arrange a shipment to LA or drive all together.

I would really enjoy going down but I dont think I would want to drive my car all the way down. So if Albert is setting up a shipment to LA at a reasonable cost I might be interested. The other issue is I might be in Atlantis in the Bahamas around that same time. Keep me posted.

Sounds good Ken ... We have plenty of time to put a plan together. The Bahamas would be a hard trip to pass up, I've not been there before. Hmmm now you have me thinking lol
