don't you guys think we should join BMW CCA somewhere next year, I think Dan is a part of BMW CCA.
They do have a lot of track event, so we might learn a lot from them
More importantly, they'll teach us "over steer" skill like the one on the video!

I think that's a great idea Albert .... Learning from the pros in a track environment has got to be the way to go, plus it sounds like FUN!!
I'm a member of BMW CCA as well. Our club does about 4 track events at Virginia International Raceway a year. There is also a local autocross club that does at least one event a month in the local area. Be advised thought that for fellow Cabrio owners, BMW CCA will not let you on the race track!!
In order to get my car out on the track I need to join the Ferrari or Porche club- no cabrio restrictions with them...
Yep, you guys should join BMW CCA (if you are not members yet).
I have done two car control clinics with the Puget Sound BMW car blub and one autocross and they are a lot of fun!!!!!!!
And I also learned a lot.
I thought I was a good driver already but after taking two driving clinics - I learned a lot more.
Next is high performance driving but my plan is to one day buy a dedicated track car and race on weekends.
I just dont know when I am going to have the money to do that on a regular basis!
Now, talking about mad skills. Check this out. These guys are SUPER CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!
As you can see on the video, they are doing all this drifting and shooting automatic weapons up in the air on PUBLIC ROADS with school buses.
