I believe Mark Carson, Allan (Zerocks1) Milton (MKsixer) and George will be joining us for dinner for sure.

I'm actually flying into BCN on Oct 31st so I will be available for dinner that Monday evening. I hit the road Tuesday for a couple of days before arriving in Sevilla on Thursday for the BMW dinner. I know that Dan and Vickie will arrive in Barcelona before I do and staying for some sightseeing before flying to Sevilla.

Binding Reply emailed per instructions for zerocks1

Mark, per instructions I did note 03 Nov as M Power Experience Appt. date. I assumed that was for overnight accommodations as 04 Nov is the actual event. Wanted to insure that was correct

Thanks for facilitating this!

Well, I sent mine in as Nov 3rd as BMW sort of calls these things "2 day events" even though they cycle groups through every 24 hours and you only get a single day of driving and a single night at the hotel. And yeah, since the hotel "night" is the 3rd, I think it makes more sense than the 4th (but of course that is the "real day" if you ask me).

Anyway, Tyler at BMW M has a list of all of our email addresses and he has the spreadsheet (which has names, addresses, etc) so he should be able to identity us.

I hope to hear more from him in a few hours as it is still a bit early for emails from them.

Hi Bart, we will have to see how many folks who previously expressed interest actually register. If there are still slots, we will let you know. Sorry I can't give you a firmer answer as of now. Hang in there for a week or two and BMW M should have a pretty good head count.

Draft Terms and Conditions & Cost Confirmation

I have more information from BMW M:

Those are still the costs (1,390 euros for drivers and 890 euros for non-drivers). Just so everyone knows, our M5Board registrations are not really following the normal "rules". In every other situation, the customers are being contacted by dealers (or national organizations) and the dealers are responsible for collecting the payments. So, BMW M is acting as "the dealer" in this special case and will be taking care of all of the registrations for us (since we didn't sign up through a dealer).

Outside of our group, you would not pay via credit card directly to BMW M. Tyler at BMW M will collect our credit card information from the Binding Replies and put them into a spreadsheet which he will turn into his financial department who will do the actual charging process. The charge date is not precisely known but plan on being charged as soon as BMW M receives your Binding Reply. Once you have turned in your payment form to BMW M, you are registered and have a guaranteed spot. The online 'registration' is still required as they need your contact information and the hotel reservations also tie into the M-Power.com registration. BMW M will advise account/login information directly to each of us when it becomes available. Remember to login and complete this when the time comes.

Here are some more instructions for us:

Each driver needs to fill out a separate form. So if your wife, brother or buddy is coming with you (as a driver), each of them needs to register separately.

If the credit card information is the same for multiple drivers, just put the credit card info on each form. The BMW M financial office won't directly see the Binding Reply forms, so indicate in your email to Tyler at BMW M which credit card is paying for whom in the case of multiple drivers being paid for by one credit card.

Also indicate if driving participants are sharing a hotel room (again wives, brothers, etc.) and the name of who will be rooming with whom.

A DRAFT of the Terms and Conditions is attached. The final form will be posted later this week. But this early preview is worth reviewing. Anyone who wants to wait for the final Terms and Conditions is welcome to delay submission of their Binding Reply until after the final document is posted.
