Majestic sent me here,

I got his cable working on my e46 but can't code using his cable since E46's require double K lines I.E ( pins 7 and 8 bridged Or adapter that bridges them) It should work in his M6 and newer 06 and up models.

Anyone?

Faulty nicht code

I wanna start off with many thanks to Zero rocks Reese .. and all the others who contributed to this post..

Now I need some HELP with this Error code issue

I HAVE A 2006 E63 AND i was doing some coding this evening,,I read all 60 pages of this thread. i was able to code the digital cluster without any problem..
so later on today .. I decided to attempt to remove the legal disclaimer and the seat belt dong noise.. now while in the module whci i think was the ABG i acitvatef the SMS and Ntepad option..dont know if thats the culprit but i
now my issue i kept getting this error code ..when i went to execute the job and ever since then it will not allow me to do anything..also i remeber a member way back in this thread MARC had a similar issue and was told to create a blank TRC and MAN file but it seems as if whenever i delete tge contents of the .trc and MAN .. A NEW TRC NOTEPAD IS CREATED EACH TIME IN THE WORKS MENU

While digging around in the modules has anyone found whether we can activate the TPMS to display the actual tire pressure instead of "good/bad" only? This would be a GREAT improvement but I wouldn't know where to begin to look....sooo I pose the question to our Coding Gurus! Thanks!

Make your your PSW.MAN is empty. Open it in notepad and delete all it's content then save it and see. DO the same for the PSW.TRC

Not without an aftermarket kit such as the Hella TPMS system. The receiving module and associated frequencies used in Exx series are not compatible with merely a new aftermarket receiving module. The four tire pressure sensors would also require changing

I experimented with this at some length. Dan (whatheheck) has an excellent post on the Hella aftermarket kit. Just search for Hella TPMS

Additionally, if you could post the full screen of your error log, it should provide exactly what DATEN version may not be compatible. The screen shots were cut off, so I couldn't see the full message. The blank .MAN and .TRC files should work however

And. Can you read the CAPPL and ABG modules successfully. Wasn't clear if you got that far

Thanks for coming aboard zerorock'

I was able to write a blank .MAN file i think initially i wasnt selecting all files so it was saving it as a text..

Now i was able to code the digital speed cluster '
but whenevr i attempt to do the deactivate the legal disclaimer feature or the seat belt dong feature iget errors..
also i am noticing that in the LMA works folder created after i select read the ecu i do not see the all the lines needed to code for example the AE drl i do not see the function" : VERHALTEN_DRL_TFL_33
Setting: drl_
which should allow me to change it ..but in the main file thats 194k its there ..dont know if they are scrambled somewhere else...

here are a couple of screen shots from this morning

Thanks- I saw Dan's post on the Hella TPMS. After doing some activations I was just wondering if our stock TPMS was more capable than what BMW displayed...like the HUD etc. It's hard to fathom you can have a monitoring system that is so weak on such a high end car!!

Any idea if there's a method to reprogramming after a battery replacement? Or is that a different tool?

Car was sitting for a week and now has the battery drain message. Going to try hook it up to a charger overnight and see if the message goes away.

Just planning ahead and trying to avoid visiting the dealer. Thanks
