Mimi,

A number of us have experimented with homemade AE LED's. Here are a couple of links that might save you some time and give you some additional ideas for pre LCI models

Your upgraded LED angel eyes looks great Mimi74!!

Thanks for sharing info and photos!

FYI, I will be upgrading my AE LED too today to a 10W 520 lumens Amber LED.

I like amber LED angel eye color on my beast as the white LED blends in with the headlights when both lights are turned on.

Very good question.

The best housing in my opinion are the Angel iBrights.

You can find a AiBright ver1 or ver 2 (version 3 is the latest and brightest) in eBay for about $50.00.

Mine was given to me by my good friend here Abdullah / Q8kamikaze.

His Angel iBrights ver3 quit working so he bought another brand and gave me his AiBrights housing.
Super nice guy Abdullah, thanks again!

See photos below. The last photo is my current setup.
5W 110 lumens.

The new LED's I bought are 10W at 520 lumens.

I will post before and after photos once I'm done, hopefully today.
