I need to change programmation of my lights module again, because I've changed reverse light and rear foglight for LED one's
And my rear foglight give me an error now

Done, the LMA change have been done to correct foglight error

What LED's did you use for your reverse lights?

How difficult is it to remove the rear bumpers?

Remove rear bumper is pretty easy

4 screws on each wheel arch trim
2 screws behind license plate
2 screws under the bumper
You have to disconnect plug connection inside the car on the left side
Like for the front bumper, you must pull bumper trim carefully outside on each side
Remove bumper trim towards rear
Done

The LED type are there for Rear fog-light and reverse lights (4 same)

Yesterday morning, I had a clim problem... compressor isn't working, seem the fan is always on. I've checked the gaz pressure, it is ok
So I put back my old Pre LCI controller and wire to OEM, and cold air is back. Thinking about the LCI controller now
Does someone have another idea
