Non-Comfort Access Remote for a CA equipped car.

Does anyone know if I can purchase a non-comfort access remote for my Car equipped with comfort access?

I am having a problem with carrying two ca remotes, the cars seem not to respond correctly. If I have one remote either car works perfectly.
I feel the dealership just runs your vin and tells you that your car is equipped with ca so this is the correct part...any theories?
