$806 for 12 months in NC- policy has multi-car discount, homeowners, etc....I'm not sure a 23 yr old could get anywhere close to that- especially in CA!!

I use State Farm. For full coverage I'm paying about $1300, multi-car discount, homeowners, good driver discount(god only knows how that happened!!!), and a few other random discounts.
