1/4 Mile Track Day

Gustav, I am posting on the M5 side for interest but if you want to move to M6 side, or both places please do.

Anyway, it was a pretty decent day overall. There were some really nice old cars there as they were gearing up for Pinks All out, the TV show. So there were some 7 and 8 second passes!!! The M6 Cabriolet did pretty well and I am not disappointed. My PS2's are literally almost gone so I had horrible 60' times of 2.0-2.2 the whole night. Never got below a 2.065 60', so I think my times may have actually been better if I could have grabbed a 1.8 or something. My best time was a 12.788@113.52. I thought my MPH could have been better, but it was actually faster than a lot of other cars that were stock. A new GT500 was running 103 mph to 110 mph all day so that is one I compared to. Also me being 400-500 pounds heavier than a coupe I am not disappointed. Here are some videos. Let me know if there are too many and I will cut some back.

Fastest and Smartest Car of the night:

i love the one with the ford lightning where he gets the jump on you and you real him in and stomp on him. Good job. it was even better with the big burn out he did in the beginning.

Those Mustangs, while fast, look like a real handful. Jumping and shaking all up and down. In contrast, your M6 only looks smooth and composed while it reeled most of them in. Thanks for the videos. Tell your wife, thanks for the nice camera work.

Forgot to add this one vs a Modified GT with Slicks. Horrible reaction time for me but I swear it was the cars fault...took a second to react to my flooring! lol I did reel him in though towards the end...just needed an extra few hundred feet
