Best Price - 07CPO M6Vert? Wait till 2010?

Started off looking for a SL65 but have all but given up trying to find one in the condition and color that I want -

Have been looking for a M6 Vert CPO 2007 or 08 for a few months (Started the search when it was still summer and VERT made sense) and now that its fall - closing in on Winter I'm trying to decide if this is a good time to buy or wait for a few months when the car's are another year old and better deals to be found. Several dealers have car's that I'm interested in but still want more than I'm willing to pay this late in the year. This would be a 4th car that would get 2 to 3 k miles per year.

Has anyone purchased a 07 m6 Vert recently with low miles (under 20K)- What's the best price?

Just a quick note, please bare in mind that the M6 is much more hard core than the SL65.
It's a completely different driving experience, whereas the merc is more along the lines of the Alpina interpretation of B6.
Waiting towards December should get you a better price.
Over here in the UK they fetch around £45.000-£50.000 for 2007 verts.
Personally I wouldn't go for a SL65, but then again that's me and that is why I drive an M6.
We all have different meeds and opinions!

Gotcha - both are very unique cars. I have had the opportunity to drive both - (M6' quite a bit more than the SL65). M6's are much easier to come by used than SL65's. I'm still looking for the perfect M6 Cab -

07 vert

Back when i was looking for mine about a month or two ago i saw quite a few 07 vert and coupes for about 54-57,
with the CPO warranty and all that good stuff, but if youre willing to go without it you can probably shed a few thousand

Hope i helped,
Rawbe

Nice - Vert's are in the 3 to 4 K more range but I'm expecting next spring to find 08's in the price and condition that I'm looking for.
