URGENT: Retrofit MP3, Chicago Land Service Advisor!!!

Memebers,

Can anyone recommmend good BMW service advisor in Chicago land area or north suburbs? I need help.... I am trying to install IPOD kit on my BMW and need to retrofit MP3. there was a bulletin that came out from BMW and should be free. but when I called Fields BMW one of the advisor told me that they will charge me since my car is out of warranty.

many people told me that retrofit should be free since bmw have bulletin for this issue but having a hard time finding a advisor who can help me out. called few dealers and they are going to charge me $200 to get this done since I am out of warranty.. many of the board members told me that I can get this done for free.

can anyone help me out?

This is what I need to get done.
