What would you buy when the time comes to replace your M6?

Hi guys, after chatting with fellow member P1odx I told him that I had decided to keep my M6 for a 4th year after failing to find a suitable replacement.
ie, a powerfull car, with 4 usable seats and decent boot space, and of a good buid quality ( no Nissan thanks ).
I was wondering if any of you had ever had this dilemma, and what you have opted for?
And Yes! You M5 guys, your car can be the only other option.

Personaly have decided to wait until the new M5/M6 comes out.

Will probably wait to see the next gen M6. If V10TT then will most likely trade up. Otherwise, I might be tempted to purchase a Ferrari and upgrade my X5 to either a newer model or a Range Rover Sport for daily use.

No, I bought the car outright in 2006, no lease or hire purchase.
I used to have a second car, but because I used to end up not driving my favorite car, or just use it during weekends, now I just use my M6 as my daily drive and I enjoy every little bit of it.
I just hope that the next M6 will not be like an Alpina B6.
Not that the Alpina is not a great car, but it is more like AMG than M.

Yer. I bought mine in November 2005 and used it for 3 years and they bought it back off me for 45000 when it was only worth about 36000, but I am looking for another one but there are none for sale with low owners and mileage.

Sorry James!
Mine is a 1 owner car with 19K miles, but not fot sale, because there is nothing else out there that can offer so much.
Really if you think about it BMW has managed to offer such a dynamic package with their latest M5/M6 models that it is so hard to beat.
Hardcore drive in very accommodating and driver friendly cars.

Exactly, mine had done 20000 when I gave it back, I didnt want to but i couldnt resist the price, I have tried a CLS 63 but it felt too heavy and cumbersome. So I think I am going to look at a 2007/2008 model because I dont want to face the depreciation.

its a tough question,,

when i bought my car,, i was looking for a power and luxury and real driving experience. now,, when mine is 3 years old,, i dunno what to go for when im done with this one. I am thinking of a used 997 GT2 as its in my budget zone,, and its a proper driver car with unreal power

Keeping mine for awhile, but, eventually would like a Ferrari or an M1 (if they ever make one).
