I LOVE the M6!

Just now on my way home from a friend's place I had a nice run-in with a Jap sports bike. He stopped next to me and then came in front of me at a red light on a left turn.

When he approached from behind, the front light looked just like a Busa's. So I was thinking, oh boy this guy is going to rip me to shreds! i'm not a connoisseur on bikes but I do know a Busa headlight when I see one (altho i'm aware that some other bikes may have similar ones too). Anyway, we took the turn onto a straight empty road and he guns it then releases so (as if to tell me that he wants to play) and so, at around 4500 rpm in 1st, I gun it -- he hears my exhaust note and kicks it into gear and his front wheel slightly gets off the ground and all the way I was just getting closer and closer until as I about to pass him I heard him miss-shift the next gear and so I fly by and he just gives up due to his mistake and cruises along slowly.

It was such an amazing rush -- and, although i'm sure that it wasn't a Busa as if it was, it would have been far in front of me, its always nice to know that you have got what it takes to play with sports bikes! Win or lose, I was just honoured at the fact that he saw my M6 as a threat from the first second.

Ahhh, that's awesome. Not much better than that feeling when you run into someone on the road. Win, lose or draw -- it's always nice to get a nice, safe run in. Especially with someone who appreciates the beast!

Always nice to keep up with a bike, although I don't think it could have been a Haybusa...those things are on another level of speed

Thats very true. It may have been a GSXR (coz they sort of look the same from the front -- to an untrained eye of course like mine) or something like that. Probably not even the 1000. Maybe 750.
