Here's my NEW '07 Silverstone M6

I picked this up last month and put a picture in the sticky thread above, but will repost here in case you missed it.

I found this 07 model at the dealer that had been special ordered and the buyer backed out. It sat around for 2 years in the dealer showroom while others m6's were bought/sold! I love the color myself and it's pretty much stock with the usual options.

I bought it because my 07 650i lease was going down and the residual was ridiculous. They offered this car which was DEEPLY discounted with only 100 miles on the speedo. Just got the fluids switched out after the M 1200 mile checkup. Here's a couple of pics of the previous 6er and the new M6.

John

PS I had to put the "daisy" power wheels on the 650 when I turned it back in and I still have an extra set of M OEM wheels. If anybody is interested, I can sell them for a reasonable cost. They're sitting in their boxes up in my attic.

Congratulations! What a night and day difference. Must be nice switching to anM6 when you already are very comfortable with the 6-series.

WELCOME!

Nice upgrade. Congratulations.

There is a local 645 I've seen twice now (last time this morning on the way in to work) whith chromed flower-power wheels. It not as bad and it sounds on the Mineral Silver coupe. But I was happy with my stock wheels on my former '05 stratus gray 645Ci. Just waiting for my upgrade...

I'm working on it (M6) but it won't be a deal with what I have in mind. Boy I miss my old 645 and envy my co-workers M5.

Okay, now that I mentioned it above, and ideas on how much OEM BMW M6 wheels are worth? I've got 6500 miles on them before I turned the 650i back in. Would appreciate any help since I received several inquiries and have no idea how much. Also, how do you ship these where it doesn't cost more than they are worth? Thanks, in advance, for your help! They'd probably make a great back up set for winter tires? I originally bought them at $699.99 ea for rear and $679.99 ea for fronts from Bavarian Autosport.

John
