I think the BMW M6 here did very well, the race went on to 295 km/h / 184 mph (indicated on the S65 AMG)

The car here that was healthy was the M6 actually. Very healtny. The S65 AMG was also performing very well. This is because this was o na very cold day close to freezing. The S65 AMG rached tachospeeds close to what the Carrera GT reached the hot very hot summerdays.

Wait until you see the next video where the S65 AMG annilates the Porsche 911 Turbo (997) Tiptronic :M5rev:

Mercedes seem to never run at their full potential.

People tend to just look at the 604hp, V12 Bi-Turbo and forget about gearing, weight and aerodynamics. Myself included until I joined the club and raced a highly modded E55...

The S65 is over 5000lbs, 1100lbs more then the m6, I think it did just fine.

Awesome. This S-class weighs 4800 lbs actually. Freaking heavy. But horsepower and torque make up for it. Aerodynamics do play a role at higher speeds along with gearing but isn't only horsepower the only factor in terms of top end?

Good race though. I don't doubt any of our car's capabilities. It's just that the S65 should've put more car lengths. Heh.
