That's a fact and that unit was on our cars before.
So Eisenmann made original Meisterchsaft units for the E39 M5 for resale by several distributors and an exclusive DTM tipped version for Eisenhaus. At some point they stopped but you guys decided it was in your best interests to keep Meisterschaft going so you decided to sell a "Meisterschaft" branded exhaust no longer made made by Eisenmann. I presume you did this without explicitly obtaining Eisenmann's approval as we would have seen an Eisenhaus letter to that effect surface by now, AND you certainly did this without also explicitly explaining this brand shift to existing or prospective customers on your website. What's worse (as highlighted in the letter from Eisenmann) is that you had the unmitigated audacity to label these Korean made "counterfeit" exhaust systems as Eisenmann OEM. Or you took an OEM system from Eisenmann and added tips to them in order to brand them as Meisterschaft.

Now that you have been outed by your former supplier, you can't just say "my bad and we make a great exhaust". What you have successfully done with "your side of the story" is prove to us that in order to not jeopardize any brand equity that Meisterschaft had achieved in the market you wantonly deceived the public by never explaining to the public that Meisterschaft were no longer made by Eisenmann. By failing to do so you deceived the buying public and also tarnished the brand value of Eisenmann as well. This was not only wrong and illegal, but also unforgivable.

What you guys fail to understand is that the level of deceptive marketing that you guys practiced make many of the board members here hope you go out of business. Your business practices are not to be trusted and are no longer welcome here - no matter how good your current exhaust systems might be.

We don't wish to purchase any products - not just exhausts, from Eisenhaus.

Obviously, we can not please everyone, we do not want to be that way.. but let it be..
For very long time, we noticed that we have not seen much positive feedbacks from you, so why do we expect it now.

We put our opinion out here, (Just as much as your opinion is important,
we believe our opinion should be significant and should be heard as well)
That's all we did and a lot of our existing customers are understanding these facts and willing to do business with us and
that is just about enough for us to keep going and deliever goods to our customers at a good price with excelled customer service.

The very long time started the day Gustav posted the Eisenmann letter about you guys. And I have been consistent and constant with my displeasure and disdain for your business practices. And I continue to insist that you guys be banned from doing business on these boards.

Your opinion wishes to whitewash the facts. You deceived the buying public and now your 'opinion' is "our bad now let's move on and our customers understand". Well I don't think they really do. I think it's evident from many on this board that this isn't so. Don't make it seem as if this is isolated to one or a handful of customers.

You're kidding me right? Excelled customer service. Just like when you guys decided to dupe the public with your Meisterschaft counterfeit systems. Had you taken this attitude a few years ago things might have been different.

If I were you I'd take MarkQC's advice and stop posting. Your digging this hole deeper by fighting with your former customers.

maybe..., but ironically, the fact is we are not fighting with our former customers.
Not sure why.. but we are arguing with people who are not even our former customers,
who do not even have our systems or seen the products in person.
When our former customers call, we do take care of them.

I guess your "excellent customer service" doesn't recall that I purchased a system from you in December 06 from Ryan and had it installed by Bavarian Hyperworks in Houston. But hey it was an Eisenmann sport system, so I guess you didn't really consider me a customer.

Someone sets up a second (or third, or fourth and so on) account unknown to any outside party. They post on this account as a supposed unbiased or unrelated party to provide free advertising/positive feedback/etc. Sometimes, it's blatantly obvious (i.e. new member all of a sudden posting on a contraversal thread)

Similar concept on Flea-bay where shill bidders artificially jack up the prices on items to start bidding wars.
