Which is faster in straight line m6 or cls63
I was wondering which is faster on a straight line cause online there are like 5 0-60 speeds for each of them ive seen 4.1 on both m6 and cls63 but not sure if its true. please help

0-60 not too sure, after that M6 for sure.

i have both the e63 amg and the m5 and i can tell you the e63 definately feels faster. I would guess that the e63 amg is faster till 120ish where the m5/m6 gear would give it a definative advantage

not by much.. CLS wins because its got more torque..but 0-150.. I think its going to be pretty close..

Probably less than .3 of a second, but the CLS 63AMG is quicker.

The M6 is an Autobahn killer, very few cars match the speed from 130-190mph.
You have to remember that MB could not disapoint previous 55 owners and needed to make the low end on the 63 agressive, hence losing some mid to high end power.
Its not the engine as much as the gearing and cams on the 63.

Unfortunately, MB did a poor job and a lot of 55 owners are extremily disappointedly... you should look at some threads on 55 vs 63 on MBWORLD, they are very heated. E55 has beaten the E63 on pretty much every 1/4 mile drag race shootout/meet a | | |
