I say, NO DEAL.

If you can live with a 2007, there are a lot of deals around where they are almost giving them away. Vista BMW in South Florida has a 24 month lease for under $1200.

For that many miles you should buy the damn thing!

Go for 15k a year and buy the rest later on half way thru the contract.

Seems like the price is at MSRP based on those numbers or a little lower. I wouldn't prepay the miles even with the small discount unless you know for sure you will make it to term and use all the allowable miles...

Can you disclose the net cap cost?
