        Dyno Results M6 with mods

        06' M6
        -charcoal filters removed
        -secondary cats removed
        -resonator removed
-eisenman meistershaft exhaust w/ cf tips
        -Dinan 3.91 slip diff.
        -Dinan Stage 1 software
        -21" alpina wheels

The car peaked at 396.8 hp at 8000 rpm and 293 ft. lb torque at 6200 rpm

Is this what the car should be putting down at the wheels? seems a little low. The car was dynoed on a Dyno Dynamics Dynamometer at AutoWave ...

I believe the Dinan 3.91 diff messes up the Dyno runs. You should be at 420 bone stock.

Did you have 500 Sport turned on? it seems like 400HP results not 500.

It could be due to the differential and your 21" wheels

any time you do an upgrade it's good to drive the car for a couple of days before you dyno.

but i still think your diff and wheels are hurting you're numbers.

my car did 422 with CF's out and 20" wheels bone stock.

5th gear that's the closest 1-1 gear other than 6th. 6th gear is true 1-1 gear.

Sorry my question was targeted to Jacob.

But you are correct 5th gear is the closest 1-1 and you cant run 6th because the road speed will be to fast for the dynomometer machine.

Ok well then you probably had a drive train loss of 25%

That explains why your numbers are so low!! I AM THE WINNER!!

chris, how do you figure those numbers.... and why would they run my car in 3rd???? should i go back and re dyno again in 4th gear? and if im losing 25% does that mean that im really putting down 515 at the wheels??
