You would likely need to order the parts from Kellener-Sport in Germany and then have someone knowledgeable to install the parts and software. I could ask the guys here for you if you like.

I emailed Kelleners 2 months ago (after seeing Russ' vid) to see if there were any dealers in the US or Canada. Here is his reply.....(maybe we need an update?)

thank you for your inquiery.
unfortunately we do not have a dealer in the us or canada.
it is though possible to modify the car with a smaller package(increase of about 30 hp and 30 nm)through a software upgrade and installation of sport catalisers.
to modify the ecu it has to be send to us and then will be returned within a day.
the ecu can be taken out by any mechanic.the same counts for the installation of the cat system.
the installation of headers and or the camshafts takes a sophisticated BMW garage.but most of the dealers have no tools for the cams and could only install the headers.
the package mentioned above has a cost of 5230 euros.
