So You Think Your Car Is Modded

Wrong Forum. I know, but check out this Modded 645 -The Sinister 6

        http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/fun/...&mode=&play=35

This car was in town here yesterday at our local car audio store. Didn't have my camera, but found the website.

that's their thing. they turn cars in crazy looking things. i think it's interesting. obivously not cool on the street, but it's good concept ideas. it's not the same type of modding we're trying to do, so you can't compare. it's just something out of the ordinary for the car shows.

Alpine does this every year for CES (I think it's CES). They did a Mini Cooper that they turned into a rear loading one seater, and the did an X5 where the front and read doors were merged together and opened stright out as one piece. It usually designed to showcase their latest offerings and provide the best sound and be eye catching (not nec. tasteful, but attention grabbing).

While I like a stock 6 series better, I give them credit for the effort they put into to morph the base car. It gets your attention....

It has some features I would want on my car like the taillights. That car will never see the black of asphalt.

Thanks for clearing that up. I had thought it was Bangles' lead design for the F series with his next logical extension of idrive.......

        Guys,

Come on. It is not so bad. It has a certain je ne sais quoi. I think it has a special Spawn type of appeal to it.
