BMW of Manhattan, good service advisor?

I have yet to establish a relationship with a service advisor, can any of you recommend somebody you trust. I have seen a few that I was not tremendously happy with. Also do you guys tip the advisors when you trust them.

        Thanks

I tip them all nicely though, from MB to BMW to Bentley. all tipped and happy.
but that’s a different way to say Thank you for a great service not a bribe
or a need for them, its just being nice in a way. and never in cash.
