I know that is the first time I have heard anybody doubt the M6 cab. And the article says something about dedicated BMW people having disagreements about whether the car is worthy. Does anyone from this board know anyone who thinks the M6 cab doesnt live up to the M heritage?

        The Car Is Great

The car is great! Worthy of an M badge, I would say so.

I certainly agree that it is I think what they mean is that it may not be the tossable, super connected road car that some have come to believe must represent all M's. It's just hard to believe that cars that are so big and heavy can move like they do. This certainly is probably the most isolated M that has been produced but people just don't know how fantastic it is in spite of this fact. I have not driven a cab but I know you guys all love yours and I respect your choice. They are great cars but the weight penalty and the change of seasons here in Chicago prevented me from seriously considering the cab.
