So why did I cross the finish line both times before the Z06. OK, he missed 5th in the first, but the second one???
I respect Christian and love the Z06, but I reeled him in FAST when he hit fifth. Some may choose to overlook that point though--like yourself

Dont make it out to be more than what it was..he obviously stopped acclerating. If you listen, you can hear the Z06s exhuast all the way up until 5th gear he stopped acclerating because you clearly were not keeping up. The race was over to him..and you performed a perfect ricer flyby. The Z06 5th gear may not be strong but you woulnd't just fly-by one if it were trying. And that Russ, is the point that you are trying to overlook.

Hi Fadiz!
Yes, but it was not 100% driving of the Viper guy + he had the top down.
Yup, the tuned Z06 is slightly faster thn the Kelleners M6 in the first race, but not the 2nd? The 2nd he did not misshift, but the 1st race. Which Ruzzz reeled him in.

It also doesn't make sense that the M6 had 560 bhp. But, a lot of the vids don't make sense (SC Viper losing to that M6? lol, come on now)
Oh, don't ban me Gustav, just stating my opinion..

I think some would argue your perspective of the race. If you ask Congaman directly he might be able to provide some insight.

Haha, we will wait for Congaman and see what he says, but i highly doubt you won the race at the finish line. He stated on the Vet forums that he beat you but you might have passed him if you kept going, PAST the finish line.
Congaman, what do you say?

Congaman, can you please answer this question? I only ask because it seems like on all the boards, the M6 owner keeps on stating that he beat you in the 2nd race at the finish line, and on the Corvette forums, it seems like he was catching up, but you beat him still. Can you clarify?

Heavy cars benift from a rolling start. The Z06 would kill it form a dig up to 5th gear.

Do I need to show you a Lion killing a Gazelle or does it make sense to you? The Z06 is lighter, more powerful and has superb low/mid range gearing. The M6 is heavier, slighty less powerful and has superb mid/high range gearing. If I were the owner of the Z06, I would want to go from a dig, win the battle nice and early so that the M6 has to work very hard to even stay close. If were the owner of the M6, I would want to race from a roll, the Z06's light weight advantage is minimal once the M6s weight and momentum is already moving forward.
