From a strictly functional perspective, here are my comments:
Throttle bodies -- Very little power gain for the price.
Gruppe M air intake -- If you want to spend $2,400 on a nice piece of carbon fiber, go ahead, but the manufacturer has steadfastly refused to provide any documentation of an iota of performance gain, so you should expect zero performance improvement.
Brembo brake kits -- If you will not track your car, simply forget this because you don't need it and won't use it. The stock brakes already are a big brake kit. Even for track use, many specialists (including those that sponsor this board) do not believe that the M5 needs a brake upgrade beyond race pads. Again, this would be a strictly appearance mod.
