My question is. Tell me if there are better substitutes for the parts i listed. Or useless (Only bling i got is angel eyes and hartge pieces) I Will not be looking into forced induction in the future since i appreciate the S85s naturally aspirated power. and another question is When will Evosport release a software? If not is there a better one then AA?

Updated!, Im just nervous that you will flame me for it... Oh well. Its not Dinan heavy now its a mix
This was all i had to say guys please contribute your thoughts and ideas and im terribly sorry for taking your time.I Bet you got better things to do then just read my list. Thank you for your time!

Ehhh...is that your "wish-list" or are you seriously considering to purchase those things?

Doing a quick calculation, I get a total cost equal to roughly 35k and I assume you have to throw in another 5k (or more?!) for labor.

I dont get it, I personally think that if that much is needed to get a car "worthy", then you got the wrong car to begin with....

No. Actually i really like the mods and im really considering buying those. The car is already the best 4 door there is but there is always room for improvement,Look at it this way. Lets assume to you the stock m5 is the perfect car, for another person the hamann m5 is the perfect one, for me the this m5 is the perfect one.. its a matter of taste

Your dilemma, I will address as you asked......Obviously you want a car that handles and also goes fast...right ??? You did say you decided on the car and mods: BUT..Does it have to be a BMW, M5 or can it be another make of car....do you need the 5 passenger size ??? Can it be another car....something much faster and lighter??? But with less passenger capabilities ????

Why don't you invest in something that starts out faster and handles better in stock form than an M5 ??? FOR LESS MONEY .

Now unless you aren't going to budge from the M5, I would say go for it go for all of it and add Nitrous ...Kick ARSE.... big time.... good luck.............

+1, I totally agree. That list is basically everything that is out there for the M5 that is spoken about on this board. Smart, because all the products have proven numbers. You'll have a blast doing this!

If you don't mind, what do you currently drive?

Nice list! Frightful how much we can spend on mods...

For some perspective, 35 grand is about the cost of the S2 conversion for the e39 M5. 70 grand is about the cost for the S3 (s/c) conversion.

If you love the platform, go for it! What better to spend money on that a great passion!

Are you shure you did your home work on your list of mods? ps tath's some list you have there. #1 if you go with AA software you do not need to buy Turners Speed Limiter Removal Unit, AA software removes the limiter. #2 I don't think GruppeM intake i a good intake{i lost 6 rwhp on my M3 wtith the gruppem intake}it was proven on a Dyno. When you buy your mods you have to make shure they all work with each other to get the best results. ps just my $.02

From a strictly functional perspective, here are my comments:

Throttle bodies -- Very little power gain for the price.

Gruppe M air intake -- If you want to spend $2,400 on a nice piece of carbon fiber, go ahead, but the manufacturer has steadfastly refused to provide any documentation of an iota of performance gain, so you should expect zero performance improvement.

Brembo brake kits -- If you will not track your car, simply forget this because you don't need it and won't use it. The stock brakes already are a big brake kit. Even for track use, many specialists (including those that sponsor this board) do not believe that the M5 needs a brake upgrade beyond race pads. Again, this would be a strictly appearance mod.
