If you use the concealed display with the main unit, do you have to use the Remote Audio Adapter?

No the sound still comes from the main unit.

Alright, thanks for the responses. When I looked at the setups for hardwiring, they all used the remote audio adapter and I was pissed because I would have just ordered it all together. But thanks for saving me the headache.
