Installed Full Eisenmann Meisterschaft Exhaust Tonight!
Well I finally got my exhaust, Eisenmann Meisterchaft Section 1, Section 2 and Mufflers!! So I went at it with my father as a helper, a jack, 2 jack stands and some basic hand tools and less than 3 hours later we were waking up the neighborhood . Oh My God is about all I have to say about this setup... I had a Porsche 996 Turbo with straight pipes (no catalytics or mufflers) and a Gallardo with muffler bypass and let me tell you, this exhaust is more intense than BOTH! Idle is awesome, very low grumble (you can actually hear it unlike stock). Low RPM's (up to 3500) are very deep and throaty sounding and there is quite a bit of resonence (as expected). Over 3500 all the way up to redline this thing screams like a Ferrari with a Tubi BUT LOUDER! I took a friend for a ride and he couldn't believe the sound was coming from my car, he though for sure a 360 or 430 was going to pass us any second!
I am overall very pleased with the exhaust so far. It does drone, so it might get annoying and its for sure not quiet at any speeds so for those of you with picky neighbors this exhaust is a no-no but I LOVE IT SO FAR!!
Evan
PS- Sorry no pics (camera was dead) and no video (need a new tape). I will get a video up as soon as possible, because the standing free rev videos of this exhaust do it no justice, sound quite different under load

Enjoy your mod. Does it have the "smoker's cough" when you shift up or down???

Congratulations on the exhasut Evan. It certainly does have that angry howl to it at high revs. Can't wait to see some video!

Same thing yesterday....
Drove up to Boston yesterday with board member deelaw who got the same set-up minus the section 2 installed. THE CAR SOUNDS INCREDIBLE!!! I followed him home the entire way to NYC just to hear that thing scream....music to my ears. Tunnels and underpasses.....forget about it!!
AMG-ETR- Does the addition of section 2 make a big difference in sound? I have the the Eisenmann race with supersprint x-pipe and I love it. Was thinking about getting the section 2 but don't want to lose that F1 sound.

Nice setup, Evan.
Question though. How much does the exhaust stick out of the bumper when cold? In the Eisenhaus pictures, it appears that they extend out quite a bit.
