Ask your dealer for a copy of the ordering guide they use it provides availability and codes. Have him E mail it to you. Also BMW Canada on line.

I sent a PM to Joe about this. The soft close doors are a "special" order in Canada (dumb), and they charge a $600 fee for special order items on top of the $1200 cost. I saw the soft close doors on the new Alpina B7 at the dealer, and am glad I did not order them (not worth it).

The heated steering wheel is an option and costs $350 here.
