Yeh I think they are heavier as well. Anyways, I just brought that up because there is a video of an M5 with stock rims vs M5 with 21" rims, and the stock one wins...

Do you, AJ or anybody suggest there would have been a different result if the M5 were running stock wheels?? Um, those modded P-turbos will blow by any 4-door on the road, period. Have you seen phillyM5's recent video?? His 800+ hp M5 got left by a modded P-turbo.

These kinds of comparisons are just silly IMHO.

Well the M5 would lose to the yellow one in any case, but here is Gustav's video that shows an M5 being neck and neck with 911TT X50... (stock rims on the M5)
http://video.google.ca/videoplay?doc...80506&q=M5+911

Also, here is a video of a stock M5 vs. Stock 911 Turbo.
http://video.google.ca/videoplay?doc...15557&q=M5+911

P-Cars are impressive, but an M5 holds its own.

Cheers

I myself have raced a 911 Turbo and won... The 911 had 2 passengers in a car thought, I it was only me in the M5. We went from 80 km/h to 210 and I had him by 1-2 cars.

Tonight I raced my friend with an m5 with air filter removed and AA software, second gear roll all the way end to 4th, the result was neck to neck. we did like 3 runs. My car engine is stock. I will try to run him again when I get my filter remove.

Probably fender to fender... to about 200 - 210 km/h. The M5 would start pulling after, I'd assume.
