How difficlt has it been (in terms of maintenance) of you Silverston Interior? Does the light color get dirty quickly/easily? I love the dark/light contrast, but wonder if it is too light? What do those of you with silverstone interior think?
Non-perforated silverstone-- No problems...The recommended treatment in the "Caring for Your Vehicle" works for me. Then again, I don't eat in the car or have kids/animal traffic to test stains removal products.
I was a bit afraid of the durability and maintenance of ventilated Silverstone, but so far it has been far easier than I anticipated. It does not require as much cleaning as expected and it is easy to do. The ventillated full leather active seats are the best in the business.
I found the silverstone interior much easier to clean than I anticipated. I use a simple spray leather cleaner and it takes no more than 10-15 minutes every few weeks. I regularly have three children in the car.

I've got perforated Silverstone interior, and I was initially concerned about the maintenance. I use Leatherique 'Pristene Clean' in a spray bottle with a cotton cloth once every few weeks. It works very well, and the interior looks like new after 6 months. I also use carnauba wax on the very high maintenance parts (drivers seat bottom, console armrest). It cleans very easily, no problem at all.
I've noticed that if you wipe down the 'high traffic' areas every few weeks, the Silverstone actually looks much better than the black in terms of dirt. In my black or dark interiors, I found they showed every bit of dust, lint, etc. The Silverstone looks absolutely immaculate all the time if you keep up with it.
