Don't know much about the car market in Qatar but that sounds reasonable to me. Unless the car has a documented history of failures and mallfunctions I'd go for it.
You have to keep in mind that some M5's have been having alot of problems relating to transmission and electronics. Some owners on this board traded their car in just because of that. This might be one of those troublesome M5's.
Maybe it was in an accident and had mayor repairs done.
But then again low mileage cars always show up when a new model is introduced. Some guy orders it, doesn't like it and sells it back to the dealer.
If it had repairs done then I would find out what the repairs exactly were and make sure they were done right so you don't end up having to go through the same crap.
If it was in an accident, stay well clear of the car.
If it's just somebody selling it back to the dealer because he/she didn't like it, go for it.
