YAHOO!!! Second Beast is Here!!!

She arrived today!!!! Many of you know my story, but just to update those who may not know. I purchased the Beast back on Dec. 13th and drove her for less than a month when she was accidentally damaged at the dealership. OOPS! Well, the management at my BMW dealer stepped up and ordered me a brand new car!!!! However, I had to give up my beast until the new one came in. They gave me a loaner, '05 525i, made 2 months car payment and payed my personal property taxes!!! How sweet!! Down side was waiting for the new beast!!!
My new beast was not due for production until week 7, yet they started her early on Feb 2nd!!!!! She was finished on Feb 14th, Valentines day, how romantic!!! She was sent to port the next day and arrived here at the dealer on March 9th!!!!! Just over a month from start to finish!!!
Well now begins the new break in period!!!!! The weather is in the 70's today and sunny, I will be driving all day!!!
I am posting some pics of the new beast as well as this what looked like Z3 with quad pipes and "M" sticker. It was not a Z8 and I have never seen a "M" Z3, any help?? She was beautiful!!!!! Nice red!!!!
I love this board!!!!!!!

Notice the odometer has .9 miles, right at 1 mile!!! By the way a comment on the gas tank. The message board said less then 5 miles to empty!!! We made it about 4 miles and she did not run out of gas!!!!! The gas tank needle dropped below the "E" mark!!!! So I guess we have more room than suspected??!!!!!

Robert

Congrats. Sounds like you have an above average Dealer. What did they do with your old car?

Congratulations!

And I echo the other board members comments. Your dealer really took care of you on this and they deserve some recognition.

Remind us again who they are and tell us the sales reps name you deal with. They could end up getting some further business from the board.

Hmmm.... Probably won't get a reply for a while - He's out breaking in the new beast!

that z3 M is the z3 m roadster. late models came with a 3.2 litre 321hp m3 engine. coupe versions are faster. best 0 to 60 ive seen is 4.3 seconds.
