thats why I always wait. I never buy first production year cars. I usually wait until BMW does the LCI on the model and matures it's design, and as you said, works out the kinks.
More power to those that rush in to buy first year productions. I'm interested to hear all the problems the F10 M5 is going to have with it's new TT engine.
You're probably better off waiting 2 1/2 years, because you just know they are going to make better features, likely cosmetics, during it's LCI.
