Year-on-year projected depreciation of E60 m5 over 5 yrs?

what do you all think ? my very uneducated

guess is:
yr 1=20% off msrp;
yr 2=30%
yr 3=40%
yr 4=50%
yr 5=60%

i'm basing this on msrp as the start value, and the car's value based on dealer trade in. my 02 e46 m3 was 60k msrp, and dealer is giving me 30k for it. at 50% depreciation over 4yrs, i worked it backwards, giving the 1st yr hit the biggest. comments appreciated, based on board members' experiences with your e39 m5s and high-end sports cars.

I beleive that the first year and let's say 20000km will be more that 20%, closer to 30%. Almost all new cars depreciate a lot the first year..

Here is what BMW thinks the M5 will be worth:

2 years - 73% of MSRP
3 years - 59% of MSRP
4 years - 46% of MSRP
5 years - 37% of MSRP
These are the residuals they are using to compute leases. Based on 15,000 miles per year.
