Don't you think that having the X-Pipe with the race exhaust system might be too loud? Would be interesting to hear your comments after installing them.

Mauri, is the X-Pipe with the Eisenmann going to make it louder by any chance? Also (Could be a stupid question) the round tips should sound the same as those ovals right? Can't wait to hear it with the X-Pipe.

Supersprint Re: Collection of all Exhaust video clips for E60 M5

Anyone know if the Supersprint sound clip included the the dyno roller noise?
If not, then that is what I want, sounds like a turbine along with the exhaust rumble.

Nice work putting these videos together. It all sounds great but I would be a little bit worried that the noise level might get disturbing on long trips.

Re: Collection of all Exhaust video clips for E60 M5

Anyone out there with Eisenmann Race Oval + X-Pipe? If so, can we get a sound clip??

I have Eisenmann ordered - should be here in a week or two and I am debating doing the X-Pipe too. Someone else said that just removing the stock resonators makes a pretty big difference and you don't need a new X-Pipe.

Would love to hear from someone with Eisenmann + X-Pipe installed.

Thanks!

Removing the stock resonators and installing the X-Pipe are one in the same.

Not true. When you remove the stock resonators, you are taking out only a small section and replacing with short straight pipes. The x-pipe is the replacement of a much larger section.

Ah yes, now I understand what you are getting at. Sorry for misinterpreting you.
