Test drove the M5

Hi everyone! I'm new to this board and this is my first post but have read it for a long time and I'm almost addicted.

A couple of months ago me and my dad got the privilege of driving the beast from Malmoe to Mantorp (don't know the exact distance) and back to watch the Swedish Touringcar Championship finals (guess who we rooted for? ) .
Anyway, we are sold!
We have just place an order for a Silverstone one with delivery in April. Allthough we have some questions.

When we got in the car one of the mornings the car wouldn't start and it said it wasn't in neutral even when it was.. But after some tries we got it started. This happened twice. Has anyone had similar problems?

Then I have some pictures from the finals when the drivers of the BMW team whoops the M5 and M6 around the track
How do I upload them?

Re: Test drove the M5

Welcome to the board. Long wait until april. But itīs a well timed delivery time. My car was delivered 7th of april. Just perfect when all salt is gone from the Swedish roads!

Iīve heard of similar transmission problems. Itīs a software thing. I think that car you tested had the old software.

For pictures upload, just use the " manage attachements " button, lower down on the reply page.

Good luck!
