E60s out on eBay - and stealing pictures!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M...spagenameZWDVW

Looks like BMW of Nashville is using some of our pictures.

There's a dealer in the northern bay area doing the same thing.

Re: E60s out on eBay - and stealing pictures!

...but wait! This appears to be a no-reserve auction starting from $0?! If so, then this car will sell for the high bid. From everything I read on the auction page, it appears that it is an outright auction for the car.

Don't be fooled..no reserve auction that doesn't get the price they want...they cancel the auction right before it ends...saying the car already sold...

Sigh! I opened an eBay account just so I could tell that guy off. Not to get into detail much but I think I got the message across. I also messaged his current highest bidder advising him not to pay this guy for his spot, there should be alot of spots opening soon and just for a bit longer wait he could have the car for MSRP.
