Oh no. I'm liking the E60. See that's all it need was a few mods and a Mad colour.

Regards MJ
My sentiments exactly, thanks for the compliment, the E60 needs the mods, I was unable before the mods to say I loved the look of the car, different story now.

regards
Peter

Sepang Bronze looks nicer than I thought... I like it!

No Interlagos Blue tho... I want to see that beside Silver Gray and Sepang.

Re: Pictures: Hartge Sepang Bronze M5 E60

hey guys,
The car is just beautiful! How much is the Hartge package? Am i able to get it here in the U.S? What size are those rims? And what type of tires? Better or worse than those of the stock m5? Sorry for all the questions, but after seeing this and the blue hartge M5, i fell in love!

I purchased direct from Hartge in Germany, very honest and professional company, I sent money in advance, goods were airfreighted immediately, I have had dealings back 15years with them, I can highly recommend them.

Contact Jorg or Cedric verkauf@hartge.de http://www.hartge.de/

Wheels 21" x 9.5" tyres 255 x 30 Extra Load and 21" x 10.5" 295 x 25 Extra Load. Continental Sport Contact II same tyres as OE just different sizes and Extra Load connotation.

Hi Neon,

Congrats. I want to know how this modification affect the handeling & warrenty? because you donot want to lose handeling and warrenty because of the look only.

I did not do the mods just for the looks, sure that is part of the reason, but handling has improved, lower springs, lower centre of gravity, wider wheels and tyres. Warranty not exactly sure of, I have not asked BMW, I suspect as long as a warranty claim is not a direct result of the springs it shoudn't be a problem. I am happy with that.

How's the ride quality on the 21" tires? Any difference in handling?

This is what Hartge told me:

"Hello Gustav,

Don't worry, we have compared the HARTGE 21s to the standard
19s and dind't feel a difference at all of the acceleration.

Actually, the car has a better grip with the 21s!

All the best,

Jörg"
