Re: M5 vs F430

I had not seen this before. Very impressive!

The F430 is imo one of the best looking sports cars in the world. However, for my lifestyle, I prefer the M5--as do my children as they can actually ride in the BMW where with the F430 all they can do is look at it I'm not sure who is looking more towards my M5 coming in, me or my kids!

Re: M5 vs F430

Is the F430 available in a four door?

Re: M5 vs F430

new Z06 times:

&D has a yellow Z06 on the cover, dubbed "The Corvette from Hell". They ran 11.7@125 mph. 0-60 in 3.6 sec, 0-100 in 7.9 sec, and 0-150 in 17-18sec couldn't remember that one specifically. They got .98g on the skidpad.

MT got 11.5@127.1 mph like a forum member heard from one of his friends. 0-60 in 3.7 I believe. 1.02g on the skidpad. I didn't read the articles because I didn't have time.

Yeah, 500 Hp in a 3200 lb car is going to be tough to beat. I'd stay away from any races with that one. The C06 sounds like one heck of a sports car - pricing should be around $65,000, maybe more when the dealers get finished with their premiums.
